The Corintis Thermal Test Vehicle (TTV) replicates the exact thermal behavior of data center GPUs, enabling precise testing of cooling solutions, validation of thermal systems, evaluation of TIM stability during power cycling, and calibration of measurement tools — all without functional silicon.
TTVs are fully compatible with the Therminator system or available as standalone units.

The Therminator provides real-time insights into chip-level heat distribution under realistic, programmable load conditions. It emulates chip behavior using a custom Thermal Test Chip (TTC) embedded in a TTV. The TTC contains a grid of micro-heaters and integrated RTD sensors.
Upload a power map to simulate real workloads, and the system delivers matching heat patterns while recording spatially resolved temperatures in real time. Everything is controlled through the display that enables loading power maps, running test sequences, visualizing data, and exporting results.
